片劑生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備、壓片機(jī)、ZP35D旋轉(zhuǎn)壓片機(jī)是一種雙壓式自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)壓片的機(jī)器，將顆粒狀原料壓制成片劑。它主要用于制藥工業(yè)的片劑生產(chǎn)，同時(shí)適用于化工，食品，電子等工業(yè)部門。外圍罩殼為全封閉形式，材料采用不銹鋼，內(nèi)部臺(tái)面用不銹鋼材料，能保持表面光澤與防止交叉污染，符合GMP要求。裝有透明玻璃的門窗，能清楚觀察壓片的狀態(tài)，側(cè)面板能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清洗和保養(yǎng)。所有控制器和操作件均布局合理。采用變頻調(diào)速裝置進(jìn)行電氣調(diào)速，操作方便，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，安全準(zhǔn)確。配有過載保護(hù)裝置，當(dāng)壓力過載時(shí)，能自動(dòng)停機(jī)。實(shí)行機(jī)電一體化，采用觸模建及屏幕顯示。傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)密閉在機(jī)器主體下方油箱中，是*分離的獨(dú)立部件，亦不會(huì)產(chǎn)生油污污染，又使傳動(dòng)部件浸潤在油池中，易散熱且耐磨。機(jī)器裝有吸塵裝置，能將壓制室內(nèi)飛揚(yáng)的粉塵吸收干凈。機(jī)器的易用損件如上軌道，加料器，料斗，傳動(dòng)蝸桿，粉量器等與ZP33型產(chǎn)品具有通用結(jié)構(gòu)，有得于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、通用化、系列化。
